Join the American Club of the Riviera on Friday 22nd September at the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat for their famous black tie dinner dance. For its annual event, the club has selected the Club Dauphin at this five-star hotel as its location and a three-course gourmet meal by by chef Yoric Tieche, who earned the title ‘Best Chef of Tomorrow’ from Gault & Millau in 2016.
Following a cocktail in the gardens of the hotel at 7pm, guests will make their way by sunset to the restaurant on foot or via funicular for a quintessentially Mediterranean meal by the sea: Fregola Sarda risotto with truffle and langoustine for an entrée, roasted sea bass fillet with razor shell clams and shallot vinegar as the main, and a coconut and raspberry dessert.
The price, inclusive of the apéro, dinner, drinks and entertainment, is 99€ for members and 119€ for non-members. Reservations must be made before 15th September to ensure your place.
