Experience one of Saint Tropez’s finest four star hotels with Club Vivanova. Club founder Bradley Mitton has organised a gourmet and rosé lunch party in the exceptional venue of the Hotel La Ferme d’Augustin on Saturday 13th May.
Owner Christophe Vallet will offer a pleasurable moment using ingredients from local shores and his own gardens for this poolside occasion.
The menu will feature a range of amuse-bouches; a Salade Niçoise with fennel; octopus accompanied by red pepper, garlic, olive oil and freshly marinated anchovies; and aioli cod fillet with freshly picked vegetables. For the cherry on top, the chef will offer a soft meringue with Chantilly cream and a warm chocolate fondant; an orange-lemon sorbet will later freshen up the palate. The rosé presented at the event - 2014 Clos Bellevue Saint Tropez Cuvée Rosé - is from Vallet’s grandfather's winery.
After lunch, the party will continue with a sunset cocktail at Moorea Plage, only a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
Tickets are 50€ for guests staying at the hotel and 80€ for those visiting.
Both members and non-members of Club Vivanova are warmly welcomed to participate in the event.
