The 32nd International Festival of Fashion and Photography will take place at the end of April in the beautiful Villa Noailles in Hyères. The inauguration of the festival will start at 7pm on Thursday 27th April at the property, which be exclusively opened until 11pm for the duration of the festival (27th April until 1st May).
Jean-Pierre Blanc, the director of the festival, promises an inspirational few days that will promote and encourage the work of young designers and photographers in particular. The exposition will be open at the Villa Noailles for several weeks following the festival (until 28th May).
Three hundred fashion designers and photographers are expected to take part in the competition and their work will be judged by an impressive selection of judges, each an expert in their respective fields. Some of the notable judges of the festival include: Edie Campbell, Tim Walker, Danial Aitouganov and Hermione Flynn. The winner of the Grand Prix for the fashion competition will be given an opportunity to collaborate with Chanel’s creative team to design and lead a project.
