Catherine and Daniel Ettlinger have crafted the Bistro du Clos in the image of Michelin-starred Clos Saint-Pierre, their first gourmet bistro. Strategically located right next to the farmers’ market, Bistro du Clos offers a fresh and seasonal cuisine featuring produce from the local region.
One of the many charms of the Bistro du Clos are its wide bay windows, sun-bathed terrace, and vintage Provençal décor. Chef Kota Suzuki’s menu features French classics such as a warm goat cheese salad, charcuterie platters, pasta with Pérugine sausages, Milanese risotto, daube de boeuf and polenta alongside desserts by Valbonne’s Christian Camprini (sweet and flavourful apple crumble, voluptuous ice creams and rich chocolate cake with custard).
Catherine, the backbone of the establishment, also welcomes any budget and all generations to the Hotel du Clos, a charming 11- room country property found just five minutes on foot from the restaurant and nestled in quintessential Provence olive groves.
