Club Vivanova: seven course dining at Nobu with New World wines

Copyright Fairmont NobuClub Vivanova has released the details of a hot, gourmet event happening on 1st December at Nobu in the Principality of Monaco’s Fairmont Hotel. The exclusive seven course Omakase dinner with be accompanied by Champagne de Watère Rosé and four premium international wines.

Hosted by Club Vivanova founder Bradley Mitton, the elaborate dinner is being prepared by chef Jérôme Lorvellec in the Omakase tradition. Along with a champagne aperitif, a range of New World wines will also be served throughout the course of the evening: 2016 Two Brothers Organic Sauvignon Blanc, 2010 Hundred Tree Hill Pinot Noir, 2015 Rewen Estate Reserve Petit Verdot. 

Menu highlights include yellowtail sashimi with caviar, lobster spinach salad, black cod yuzu miso and beef Yakimono with teriyaki sauce. 

Tickets are limited to 20 seats and cost 150€ per person. Members and non-members of Club Vivanova alike can book for the event. Annual membership is 120€ and includes a complimentary pack of three premium New World wines.
