A franchise of the popular New York bagel joint Bruegger’s Bagels has opened at Polygone Riviera.

On Friday 3rd February, Bruegger’s Bagels launched at Cagnes-sur-Mer’s shopping mall Polygone Riviera in a store inspired by the loft architecture of Manhattan.  

From bagels to premium New Yorker coffees, iced teas, milkshakes, cheesecake, cookies and muffins, the new eatery will be serving up the American dream from 10am to midnight every day of the week. 

“[We produce] golden and crunchy bagels made in the authentic New York tradition, using a unique blend of simple and nature produce,” say the owners of the new café.
