Bradley Mitton and the Club Vivanova are to host an evening of dégustation and fusion dining at countryside hotel La Vague de St Paul in early April. The evening includes a four-course fusion menu by executive chef of the four-star hotel, Akhara Chay, as well as a tasting of three premium New World wines – a speciality of Bradley – and live entertainment at the rural property.
