Right across the region, the sobering effects of the Bastille Day attack have been felt, but nowhere more so than in the devastated city of Nice. Numerous public events and celebrations have been cancelled in the wake of the attack, including the historic Nice Jazz Festival – the world’s first festival of its kind.
If you have purchased tickets to the Nice Jazz Festival, you are now able to get a refund via one of these channels:
- Tickets bought at the FNAC will be reimbursed by the FNAC;
- Tickets bought at the box office of the Nice Jazz Festival and paid by credit card will be reimbursed by transfer on your bank account upon presentation of your IBAN and your tickets;
- Tickets bought at Nice Jazz Festival box office with traveller cheques will be reimbursed by transfer on your bank account upon presentation of your IBAN and your tickets; and
- Tickets bought at Nice Jazz Festival box office by cash will be reimbursed by cash upon presentation of your tickets.
The box office will be open in Place Massena from 18th to 22nd July from 10am to 7pm. Following this date and until 6th August, ticket holders will be able to go to the welcome desk at Nice City Hall (5 Rue de l’Hôtel de Ville) from 10am to 4pm.
